How we work
We are deliberately boring about process. Every job starts with a documented inspection and a written, itemized estimate. We photograph what we find, explain repair-versus-replacement honestly, and put the price in writing before anyone picks up a nail gun. On storm claims, we meet your adjuster on-site and handle the documentation — and we never play deductible games, because Minnesota law (Statute 325E.66) forbids them and because it is fraud.

Our crews work across Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Anoka counties twelve months a year — replacements from April through November, repairs and emergency work year-round. Roofing work we book is performed by Minnesota-licensed residential building contractors, fully insured, and permitted where the city requires it. When the storm chasers leave town in October, we are still answering the phone — through ice dam season and into the next hail year.
